What to tell us
You do not need to have everything ready. A sentence or two is enough to start — but if you have them to hand, these help us give you a straight answer quickly:
- Your name and the best number to reach you on
- The kind of matter — criminal defense, civil, custody, infidelity, background research, surveillance, or a locate
- Any deadline you are working against, such as a court date
- The safest way to contact you, and whether it is alright to leave a message
If you share a phone, computer, or email account with the person involved, use a private one to contact us and say so when we speak. We will follow your lead on how and when to make contact.

It helps to have the basics to hand — names, addresses, vehicles, employers, daily routines, and a photograph of the subject if you have one. Do not worry if the picture is incomplete; filling in gaps is the job.
If you share a device or account with the person involved, consider calling from a phone they do not have access to, and let us know how to reach you safely.
